Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard Domestic (Australia) orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days. Standard International orders may take 6–10 business days depending on the destination.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, Shidonii ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International shipping is free over $100AUD. Please note, customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept change of mind returns, we only accept returns due to faulty goods, if so, we accept returns if the customer submits a request within 7 days of receiving the item, the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with bags and tags attached.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes we do, only for WRONGFUL SIZING, or, FAULTY PRODUCTS and for a product with the same value. For exchanges, contact us via email or Instagram, and we will sort out a return and exchange. - We do not cover return expenses.
Q: Are there return shipping costs?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Shidonii pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized streetwear fit. For detailed measurements, please refer to our Size Guide on each product page.
Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Most items run oversized by design and are true to size.
Q: Are your clothes unisex?
A: Yes — all Shidonii garments are designed to be worn by anyone unless specified.
Payments & Drops
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: What is a “drop”?
A: Shidonii releases clothing in limited drops. Once a drop sells out, it’s rarely restocked — so be quick.
Q: Can I reserve or pre-order items?
A: No. All pieces are first-come, first-served for members with early access and then when the drop goes live.
Other Questions
Q: How do I care for my clothes?
A: To maintain quality, wash cold inside out, avoid bleach, and hang dry. Do not tumble dry heavy cotton pieces to prevent shrinkage.
