Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard Domestic (Australia) orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days. Standard International orders may take 6–10 business days depending on the destination.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept change of mind returns, we only accept returns due to faulty goods, if so, we accept returns if the customer submits a request within 7 days of receiving the item, the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with bags and tags attached.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes we do, only for WRONGFUL SIZING, or, FAULTY PRODUCTS and for a product with the same value. For exchanges, contact us via email or Instagram, and we will sort out a return and exchange. - We do not cover return expenses.
